Seller and payment provider
Solubli develops, supplies and licenses PhraseStow. Paddle acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller for purchases completed through Paddle. Paddle handles checkout, payment and applicable transaction taxes under its buyer terms.
Price and licence
The current advertised price is €10 EUR as a one-time purchase. Prices and the payment model may change for future purchases. A purchased licence permits one user to activate PhraseStow on up to two computers at the same time. The user may deactivate a computer and transfer an available activation to another computer, subject to the licence-validation system.
Using the software
The licence is personal to the purchaser. The purchaser may not share, resell, sublicense or distribute the licence key or the software except where mandatory law permits it. The user is responsible for maintaining backups and for reviewing executable actions, websites, files and programs configured in PhraseStow.
Compatibility and evaluation
A free version is available so users can check whether PhraseStow works properly on their intended devices and with their destination applications before purchasing. Supported systems are Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. Individual applications, remote desktop environments and security configurations may handle pasted or simulated keyboard output differently.
Updates and continued use
Your PhraseStow purchase includes product and compatibility updates released during the first 12 months after purchase.
After that period, the installed and activated version remains licensed for continued use without a subscription or recurring payment. PhraseStow is designed to continue working after the included update period, but compatibility with future Windows versions, hardware, browsers, third-party services or other external systems cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.
Updates required by applicable consumer-protection law, including necessary security updates, will be provided where required.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PhraseStow is supplied without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every workflow. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Users should keep current backups and test important phrases and actions in a safe destination before relying on them.
Refunds
Purchases and refund requests are handled by Paddle. See the refund policy. The availability of a free version does not remove any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These supplier licence terms are governed by Norwegian law, without limiting any mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Paddle’s separate buyer terms govern the transaction with Paddle.
