Who is responsible

Solubli, the developer of PhraseStow, is responsible for the personal information it handles directly in connection with product support and licensing. Contact phrasestow.inquiries@proton.me.

Information stored by the application

In the current version, PhraseStow stores phrase libraries, folders, profiles, embedded images, settings and backups locally on the user’s computer. PhraseStow is not presented as encrypted storage. The application does not currently send diagnostics, crash reports or usage analytics to PhraseStow.

An internet connection may be required for licence activation, update checks, downloads and features that open online services. PhraseStow does not use this website policy to claim that locally stored phrase content is sent during licence activation. The exact technical identifiers used by the licence-validation service should be documented separately when that provider and implementation are confirmed.

Purchases through Paddle

Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases. Paddle states that it collects buyer information for payment processing and order fulfilment, including name, location, contact details and billing information. Paddle may share buyer information with Solubli where needed for product fulfilment, order processing, fraud prevention and product support.

Paddle processes and retains information under its own privacy notice. Paddle states that it keeps identifiable personal data while a relationship continues, as required or permitted by law, during applicable limitation periods and while related claims, investigations or disputes remain open. Paddle also states that certain transaction data is retained for five years to meet legal obligations.

Support enquiries

If you email Solubli about PhraseStow, the supplied email address and message are used to respond to the enquiry and maintain reasonable support records. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive phrase-library content in a support email.

Website

This static website does not intentionally include analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts or a contact form. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection and security logs under its own terms.

Your rights and applicable law

Solubli is based in Norway and processes personal information subject to applicable Norwegian and EEA data-protection law, including the GDPR where applicable. Rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, subject to legal exceptions. Contact Solubli for information it controls directly.
